Marketing and Communications Internship

During the spring of 2026, I completed a twelve-week internship with the Marketing and Communications Department of WEP Italia in Milan. Working with Italian students and schools across northern Italy, I developed and delivered educational presentations and workshops focused on American education, professional communication, and cross-cultural understanding.

This report reflects on my responsibilities and professional development throughout the internship, with particular attention to intercultural communication, international marketing, and the practical application of globalization theory. It also examines how working within an Italian professional environment challenged me to adapt my own cultural assumptions and approach communication across linguistic and cultural differences.
