Outreach Activites
Clemson Conversations Pairs Program
My freshman and sophomore years at Clemson I joined the Conversation Pairs Program, where I got to meet with foreign exchange students, learn about their culture, home country, and lives, and share about my experience growing up in the US while helping them grow confidence in their spoken English and experience on campus. This allowed me to practice cross-cultural communication and learn more about my peers and their backgrounds.

Alpha Phi Omega
In the fall of my sophomore year I rushed, pledged, and joined APO, a national co-ed service fraternity, focused on leadership, friendship and service. APO organizes and completes service projects all over campus and in the local community, which allowed me to give back while also building meaningful connections with others who have similar values and goals.

Clemson Paralympic Soccer
During the spring of my sophomore year, I helped secure local sponsorships for the Clemson Paralympic Soccer game. I connected with local businesses, including TD’s, Handel’s Ice Cream, Pilates Social, and Jiffy Lube, to help support the players and the event. Giving me the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing my communication and outreach skills.
